Following your initial enquiry, we need to get to know you and your lettings business and how it operates. This process starts with a conversation to explore your pains and needs, because no two lettings businesses are the same. Whether you want to use ARPM to help you grow your business; take the pressure off staff recruitment challenges or reduce internal resource and overheads costs; give your in-house team their time back to focus on sales – we’ll work hard to come up with a solution that works for you.


Whatever package we recommend will be based on your requirements, business structure and goals. The cost will depend on the size of your portfolio and average rents achieved. We will also make recommendations for maximising the effectiveness and efficiency of an outsourcing partnership with ARPM.

Further calls and/or meetings are welcomed with you and any other decision makers, as well as third-party advisors where necessary.


If you decide to use ARPM’s services, we’ll then agree a launch date and provide you with a contract and details of our take-on process. This will illustrate how and when portfolio details will be transferred to us. You’ll be put in touch with our Operations Director and our take-on team, who follow a proven system to ensure the transfer is seamless and stress-free.
